AXIAL TAB POUCH CELL CARTRIDGE TRP 024-010

This cartridge is designed to connect up to 24 pouch cells, with both tabs located on the same side of the cell, to perform formation or test.
Cell contact is provided by our proprietary conductive flexible plate mechanism to guarantee the correct current flow during the formation process.
The contacting system is composed of spring-loaded plates for voltage control and an additional device to detect the temperature of the current collector.
The operator manually loads the cells into the cartridge, then loads the cartridge into the formation chamber and starts the automatic cycle.
During formation, the cells are kept in position by support plates that can optionally compress the surfaces of the cells (compression cartridge).
The cartridge has side connectors to facilitate the connection to the formation unit.
